Come watch the area's fastest bike racers at the Mississippi Avenue Criterium. The unique two-way course with quick loops is so exciting to watch. Bring your lawn chairs, grab a burrito, or settle into our beer garden and get ready for a night of hot racing action.
SCHEDULE
Category 3: 5pm ( 45 minutes + 1 lap) Category Pro/1/2: 6pm (1 hour + 1 lap)
Warmups are the 15 minutes before the race
GET READY TO RACE!
Racers will pass each other at 35 miles per hour with
only a four-inch barricade between them in this exciting
two-way racing up and down Mississippi Avenue. Prizes
await the fast and fit.
COURSE DETAILS
The race course runs between N. Shaver and N. Fremont streets and includes two-way racing on Mississippi
Avenue. Course is 0.8 mile in length and has an exciting button-hook turn.
Be prepared for a high-speed urban course with tight turns, huge crowds of spectators and mountains of excitement.

Only $25 in advance - online - closes at 11:59PM on June 14
$35 day-of-race - opens at 4 pm, located at the Laughing Planet Caf? patio area on Mississippi. Registration will stay open until the fields are filled.
An Oregon Bicycle Racing Association (OBRA) license is required to race and is available at registration for $5 (one-day) or $20 (annual) through OBRA directly or when registering at the event.
Field Limits: Cat 3: 60, Pro 1/2: 85
Women may race in their category or one category down .

Approved helmets required. All OBRA Racing Rules apply. OBRA and the organizers of this race do not
provide insurance coverage for injuries that occur at the race.
The costs related to those injuries are the responsibility of the
individual participant.
